We were purchasing a home sight-unseen from the mainland, which we were very apprehensive about, but Mike Hegazy went above and beyond to get us the right house, in the right area, at the right price, and ensure we were comfortable with the entire process from thousands of miles away. He really put us at ease, by taking the time to fully understand our family's needs and what we were looking for, and wasn’t afraid to “lose a sale” by telling us a property might not be the best fit. He really wanted us to purchase the right house, not just any house. He demonstrated great attention-to-detail while looking at properties, pointing out the good, the bad, and the unusual, all via FaceTime calls. He even virtually drove us around the neighborhoods of different homes to get a feel for the areas. Mike is a true team player! If anything was outside his scope he was humble enough to bring in a more experienced teammate to consult. He provided his own recommendations, but was willing to accommodate our preferences and approach to the negotiation process. He simply is the best! Mike is very approachable and friendly. He was very easy to reach and worked with us across the difference in time zones. He was responsive and consistently reached out and promptly got back with us. He set us at such ease we didn’t feel self-conscious asking any question about a property.
